While considering going to graduate school, one of Lejos Learning's founders decided that learning about the Latin American culture would be a key strategic advantage in business. He moved from the US to Costa Rica to study at INCAE Business School, which was started by Harvard Business School in the 1960s and they still work together. The purpose was to not only get a world class education, but also to get that education while studying in Spanish.
